Thanks to all the members who were present or voted by proxy. 2023-2024 Leadership & Budget – Praise God for the affirmation of our leadership candidates and budget at this year’s annual meeting.

Praising Him is fitting in every season-“Sing to the Lord a new song! Sing to the Lord, all the earth! Sing to the Lord! Praise His name! Announce every day how He delivers! Tell the nations about His splendor! Tell all the nations about His amazing deeds! For the Lord is great and certainly worthy of praise, for He is more awesome than all the gods” (Psalm 96:1-4)-may this month (and each one after) be a season of praise as we exalt Him together each day of our lives until we draw our last breath. Our God is loving, merciful, gracious, kind, and faithful. Seasons come and go but our God never changes. We get to break out our favorite hoodies and sweatshirts from the closet.

The hustle and bustle of harvest will eventually kick into high gear. I’ve had to don a hoodie and turn on a space heater a few times-a sure sign that fall is certainly headed our way! Fall is a great time of year. My morning patio time has been a bit cooler recently. I like to enjoy my morning coffee and Bible reading on our patio. Greetings! The arrival of September marks the real transition from summer to fall.
